2024 LCA National Conference
Thank you to everyone who came along to the 2024 LCA National Conference earlier this month.
With a focus on innovation, inspiration, communication and influence, we heard from some fantastic key note speakers including Dane Eldridge from 4mation Technologies, Dr Gregory P. Smith from Southern Cross University, Chris Helder who spoke about re-igniting teams during challenging times, and Melbourne Storm’s Director of Football Frank Ponissi.
We also heard from NSWRL – Dave Trodden, QRL – Glenn Ottaway and NRL – John Wilson, with the latest news in rugby league.
Congratulations to Wyong Leagues Group on winning the 2024 John Knipe Award which recognises an LCA Member Club for an outstanding Community or Charitable Initiative or Project.
Their Junior Rugby League Subsidy Program provides parents of kids between the ages of 5-13 with a $100 per child subsidy toward their fees, and has been a game changer for families in their local area.
